About Founder
Coming from a family that prioritizes public service, Ms. Siva Saranya, founder and the brainchild behind Nachiayar Padashala, has dedicated her life to educating children and contributing to their bright and shining future. Even as a child she had the desire to teach. She grew up to be an educator with years of experience as a lecturer and academician. She is a trained Montessori teacher. She believes that the thirst for knowledge should never come to an end. Her profound interest in learning effective communication led her to pursue M. Phil in Mass Media and Communication from the prestigious University of Madras. She also holds a Diploma from Indian Montessori Centre.
Throughout her school life, she wanted nothing more than to bring about social awareness among the people about the need for education. Even as a child she felt deeply that education can provide learners with the autonomy, sense of direction, and skills they need to improve their own lives and that of others. She strives to achieve the same with Nachiyar Padashala.
Committed to continuing in her family's legacy and spurred by the need for the best education for her daughter she started Nachiyar Padashala. She created an environment in which students are known, supported, challenged, and encouraged to grow.
"At Nachiyar Padashala, we foster growth in oneself, growth with peers, and growth in comprehending the world around us", says Ms. Saranya. She emanates self-confidence and flair, qualities that one will find ingrained in nearly every pupil at Nachiyar Padashala.
Her father-in-law, Mr E. Balasubramaniam, is the treasurer of the Tamil Nadu Farmer's Association, and he does his part well in promoting farming. Her family plays a vital role in the robust management of Nachiyar Padashala and strives to provide the best quality education to the future of India. Together with her family, she set about to enrich and empower education the way it should be. Nachiyar Padashala is a result of this love for the greater good. On the grounds of this noble institution, all the care and endeavours of Ms. Saranya to provide a holistic education for children are taking shape.
